These Terms of Use legally govern the use of the ServiGO web application, a platform for connecting people for one-time services between individuals, in all countries where the platform is available.
Registration and use of ServiGO imply full acceptance of these Terms of Use by the user, regardless of their country of residence or nationality.
Beyond €500 per month or 15 monthly missions, users must subscribe to a Pro Account.
When registering as a professional, the user must check the following box:
"I certify that I comply with my legal, social and tax obligations in my country of residence. In case of non-compliance, I assume full responsibility for my administrative and tax procedures. ServiGO disclaims all responsibility in this regard."
Liability clause: ServiGO acts as a technical intermediary. The platform does not mandate, employ or directly remunerate any user. Each user remains solely responsible for their compliance with local legislation.
The Terms of Use may be modified at any time. Any modification will be notified via the application or by email.
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, jurisdiction lies with the courts of the co-publishers' registered office, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions.
