Services entre particuliers près de chez vous

These Terms of Use legally govern the use of the ServiGO web application, a platform for connecting people for one-time services between individuals, in all countries where the platform is available.

2. Acceptance

Registration and use of ServiGO imply full acceptance of these Terms of Use by the user, regardless of their country of residence or nationality.

3. Access to the service

Access to ServiGO is reserved for people aged 16 and over.
Minors aged 14 to 15 may use the platform for light, non-professional and occasional services, provided they have written authorization from their legal guardian.
ServiGO may request proof of this authorization at any time.
Certain services may be prohibited according to local laws.

4. How it works

A user posts a request for a one-time service (e.g., "I offer €15 to clean my terrace").
Another user can respond, accept, or make a counter-offer.
Payment is held via Stripe until the mission is validated.

5. Payments and commissions

Payments are processed by Stripe, an approved provider in several countries.
No banking data is stored on ServiGO.
A 10% commission is added.
The net amount is displayed before validation.

6. User obligations

Only offer or accept one-time, occasional and non-professional services (except with a Pro Account).
Research and comply with tax or social obligations in force in your country.
Do not offer illegal, dangerous or prohibited missions according to local legislation.
Respect common sense, hygiene, politeness and confidentiality rules.

Professional Account:

Beyond €500 per month or 15 monthly missions, users must subscribe to a Pro Account.

When registering as a professional, the user must check the following box:

"I certify that I comply with my legal, social and tax obligations in my country of residence. In case of non-compliance, I assume full responsibility for my administrative and tax procedures. ServiGO disclaims all responsibility in this regard."

Liability clause: ServiGO acts as a technical intermediary. The platform does not mandate, employ or directly remunerate any user. Each user remains solely responsible for their compliance with local legislation.

7. Disputes and moderation

Any dispute can be contested within 48 hours after validation.
The ServiGO team analyzes the evidence provided and can make a decision within 15 days.
A "lost dispute" mention may be publicly displayed on the profile.

8. Rating

After each mission, users can rate each other.
An average rating and public reviews are visible on the profile.

9. Reporting

Any user can report abuse, suspicious or inappropriate behavior.
ServiGO may suspend or delete an account at its discretion in case of non-compliance with the rules.

10. Personal data

Data is processed in accordance with GDPR and local laws.
Secure storage with a European host (see legal notice).
Users can exercise their rights of access, rectification or deletion at any time.
Legal basis for processing: Article 6 of GDPR (consent, contract execution, legal obligation).

All content (code, interface, logo, texts) is the exclusive property of the co-publishers.
Any reproduction without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

12. Modification of Terms

The Terms of Use may be modified at any time. Any modification will be notified via the application or by email.
